yes, leave the device connected, calibrated, remove one battery for 30 minutes, then mode on / off/ on for maxim heat.

you welcome, i have been contacted by them. But no luck with what they recommended. Soft reset for 15 seconds and hard reset which were already made multiple times by me.

yes,

first device worked perfect.

Second one started to work after pressing OFF / ON mode multiple times.

third one does not want to work at all, I saw that when I remove the battery it open the valve and then it close the valve back

Hello, did you solved the problem? I also have the same issue like you do. I bought 3 Eve Thermo, one worked perfect, the second after multiple reset and the third don’t open the valve.
