Dear user,
We found this problem and urgently repair it, it will be solved in the next version which will be released in the next few days.
This problem only occurs when the HomeKit function is activated, this has a certain relationship with the design rules of Apple HomeKit, we are optimizing to solve this problem. If you don’t activate HomeKit and only use the eufy App, turn off camera function is no problem, the camera will shut down and not work.

Dear user,
By now, it is not supported to add the camera in the Home app directly. If you do not want eufy access to the camera after you enable the HomeKit, you can set the camera off in the eufy app, which will turn off all eufy functions but keep running properly in the Home app (According to the HomeKit Guideline). But if you do not enable the HomeKit, you set the camera off in the eufy app, it will turn off the camera completely and the lens will rotate into the shell.

If people want to use the Indoor Cam HomeKit Secure Video only, without eufy App and Account. How does this setup work.
Just scanning the QR-Code on the bottom of the cam in Home App does not work.
Thanks
