Meldung beim Start von Homebridge | Bonjour compatibility DNSServiceRegister "Please fix your application to use the native API of Avahi!"

Hi community,

Homebridge läuft bei mir soweit jetzt problemlos. Eingebunden sind IFTTT (und darüber vier Steckdosen von meinem Smappee), meine Netatmo Wetterstation sowie meine Nest Feuermelder. Und alles funktioniert soweit perfekt. Wenn ich Homebridge aber manuell starte sehe ich aber folgende Fehlermeldungen gleich am Anfang und werde nicht klug daraus:

Die URLs die hier genannt werden landen aber im Nirwana. Kann ich die Fehlermeldungen dementsprechend ignorieren oder gibts eine Möglichkeit die genannten Fehler zu beseitigen?

Homebridge läuft bei mir auf einem älteren Raspberry B.

Wollte jetzt mal kein neues Thema aufmachen passt ja hier rein. Habe heute ohne irgendein zutun Fehler in der homebridge. Und zwar ist der Startvorgang immer hängen geblieben. Da steht was von hue API 1.18. ok hab ich hier gelesen Update hue Plug auf 0.4.1 und es läuft wieder. Pustekuchen kommt jetzt wieder ein anderer Fehler. Aber immer noch hue als Verursacher. Kann jemand helfen? Bilder hänge ich an.

Liest sich so, als ob das Hue Plugin nicht mehr installiert ist, bzw. nicht im richtigen Pfad.

Ich habe einfach das Update gemacht. Zunächst auf 0.4.2. mit dem

Befehl latest. Damit kam halt auch der Fehler und ich habe 0.4.1 druber gebügelt.

Vorher mit alter Version hing die Bridge und hat nicht bis zum Schluss gestartet wie auf dem Bild zu sehen. Steht auch was von API

sehe ich auch so, beim update des plugin ist was schief gegangen

Einige Plugins setzen mittlerweile mindestens node 7.6.0 voraus!

Ich habe Node 7.7 von deinem Image det. Ich versuche es erstmal mit einer Deinstallation und neu Installation des hue Plugin.

Ich nutze allerdings auch das Alexa homebridge. Lief damit aber alles bis heute.... verstehe das nicht

det wo hast du das her? Ist das auf meinen Fehler bezogen oder soll ich generell npm und homebridge updaten?

Generell immer auf dem neusten Stand halten, det hatte es auch schon mal irgendwo erwähnt das npm, HB und Node.js die schnittstellen zu HomeKit sind und eng miteinander verzahnt sind.

Die Plugins werden teilweise auch immer an die neusten Version der oben genannten Programme angepasst.

ihr habt recht. sorry vorhin war die Meldung nicht komplett da ich unterwegs und den Ausschnitt nur aus dem iPhone hatte. hier nochmal der relevante teil. habe jetzt hue plugin auf Version 0.4.1.

von der Alexa homebridge (NorthernMan54) gibt es nur keine 0.4.20.

ansonsten einfach das update drüberziehen mit sudo npm install -g --unsafe-perm homebridge@latest ?

PS: mich wundert es das ich Homebridge 0.4.16 (northernman54) habe, obwohl es davon eigentlich höchstens die 0.4.10 gibt.

ok hat funktioniert. nur schade das ich dann jetzt nicht mehr die alexa bridge habe. Danke euch für die antworten

das einzige wofür es bei alexa keinen skill gibt und jetzt nicht mehr geht ist pilight. aber da habe ich ja nun einige Sachen.

das ist schade. und nein Nastra ich kaufe mir nicht den broadlink

dafür gibt es wohl sogar einen skill.

Hast du irgendwas geändert oder ist der Fehler einfach so aufgetreten?

Hatte ich auch schon mal vor langer Zeit beim experimentieren bin mir aber nicht mehr sicher woran es lag.

Ich meine irgendwas mit dem Port in der Config das er schon belegt ist. Probier mal diesen zu ändern und mach ein reboot.
